Tomasz Rozwadowski

He completed his medical studies in 1995 at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Jagiellonian University’s Collegium Medicum in Kraków. Graduate of numerous courses, including. Implantology Curriculum at Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt. General dentistry specialist, passionate about photography, patient communication and comprehensive treatment planning.

Since 2007, owner of one of the most modern clinics for aesthetic dentistry in Poland – ” Smile Gallery”, co-founder and president of the Association of Polish Dental Leaders, member of the Polish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the Polish Implant Association.

He is the first practitioner and lecturer of the Digital Smile Design method in Poland. Using patient communication skills, he creates his own proprietary programme to guide patient treatment in line with the idea of visual communication. Combining different areas of dentistry, she coordinates and plans the treatment of patients in our clinic.

He has been providing DSD training since 2013, introducing the method as a standard to many dental practices in Poland.

Laura Czyżewska

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has a specialization in the field of dental prosthetics confirmed by the State Specialization Examination. She constantly improves her professional skills by participating in numerous courses, trainings, international conferences and symposiums, among others organized by The University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Polish Dental Society, District Medical Chamber in Kraków.

DDS Laura Czyżewska is an always smiling and creative doctor who approaches every activity with incredible energy. Cleanliness, sterility, thoroughness, generosity and heart are her hallmarks.

She loves people and animals. She finds Pilates relaxing, and satisfaction comes from helping others, and making patients smile.

Michał Czernilewski

He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Jagiellonian University’s Collegium Medicum in Kraków in 2012. Thanks to continuous training, participation in scientific conferences and membership of prestigious associations such as The Polish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry, the European Society of Endodontology or the Polish Endodontic Society are constantly acquiring new knowledge and skills.

His wide range of expertise enables him to provide comprehensive care to the patient. The doctor performs smile reconstructions, root canal treatments and restores correct tooth relationships. He not only uses proven methods such as bonding, veneers and crowns, but also innovative treatments – including Digital Smile Design, intraoral scanner.

He has been successfully providing such multi-stage holistic treatment to patients at the Smile Gallery since 2015. He is ambitious; every single thing, even the smallest thing, has to be done perfectly. Our master of perfection enjoys painting and sculpting.

Every patient has different needs, temperament and experience, so Dr. Michał always takes as much time as the patient needs to build a relationship.

“I am a big enthusiast of both road and mountain biking. As soon as time and weather permits, I set out on the trail. This doesn’t mean that I shut myself off from other activities. I love travelling so that I can discover new and unusual places and people. For quiet evenings he likes to read books, preferably fantasy. I currently miss walking in the mountains.”

Konrad Mordarski

Affiliated with Gallery of Smiles since October 2019, he deals with prosthetic treatment, implant prosthetics and cosmetic dentistry. He is a graduate of the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Faculty of Medicine, majoring in Medicine and Dentistry. He holds the title of Specialist in Dental Prosthodontics, confirmed by the National Specialist Examination.

Dr. Konrad is also a member of the ITI (International Team for Implantology), which is the largest implant organisation in the world. He enriches his professional experience by continuously improving her qualifications through numerous training courses and conferences.

Thanks to his extensive experience, he is fully committed to planning and undertaking the treatment of difficult cases in the field of complex (implanto-prosthetic) and aesthetic (crowns, all-ceramic veneers) treatment. He is passionate about modern digital prosthodontics from planning (smile design according to Digital Smile Design) to the fabrication of all-ceramic restorations (intraoral scanners, modern milled work).

He is guided by the motto that ‘when planning complex treatment, the most important thing is to establish a detailed treatment plan with the patient and to plan the aesthetics of the new prosthetic restorations before starting invasive, irreversible procedures – the aesthetics are chosen by the patient, while the function is planned by the doctor’.

Dr. Konrad’s passions, apart from dentistry, are sport (especially football) and mountain expeditions with his immediate family.

Łukasz Jarmuła

Łukasz Jarmuła has been strengthening the ranks of the Smile Gallery Doctors since April 2020. He is a graduate of the Medical University of Wrocław. He specialises mainly in conservative dentistry and also deals with endodontic treatment.

He is developing his knowledge and skills in the field of dental prosthodontics and that is what he would like to focus on in the future.

Dr. Łukasz has attended many courses and conferences, including adhesive dentistry, functional occlusion, smile design, indirect restorations or composite restorations. In his work, he pays particular attention to the accuracy of the procedures performed and to aesthetics going hand in hand with functionality. He puts the patient’s comfort and good communication first, which helps to get to know the patient’s needs and expectations.

Privately, passionate about sport. He enjoys cycling. He is fascinated by sailing – he even has a yacht sailor and motorboat helmsman certificate. Recently, he has also been trying his hand at kitesurfing. He enjoys mountain hiking and in winter he is snowboarding.

Magdalena Zawada

Dr. Magdalena is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Faculty of Medicine, specialising in medicine and dentistry. At the Smile Gallery, she mainly deals with conservative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as endodontics.

Each visit to Dr. Magdalena is carried out with special attention and focus on the patient’s needs. Patient comfort and quality of treatment are her daily work priorities.

Privately, she is fascinated by cycling trips, enjoys cooking, she is a lover of houseplants and, as she says, she could make a jungle out of her apartment. She has been a Girl Scout and a Girl Scout instructor for 15 years. She loves dogs and horses and practices yoga in her spare time.

Dmytro Kravchenko

Dr. Dima – because that’s what we and often patients call him – has joined the ranks of the Smile Gallery in June 2021.

He obtained his dental degree from the Medical University of Łódź. He specialises in the micro-invasive method of aesthetic restoration of teeth from composite materials using bonding and flow injection techniques, and also deals with prosthetic restorations, such as crowns, bridges and porcelain veneers.

He successfully uses both methods, giving his patients the opportunity to achieve a natural and attractive smile.

In his daily work, Dr. Dima uses highly advanced digital equipment such as an intraoral scanner, CT scanner and intraoral camera to guarantee his patients a precise diagnosis and a clear and tailored treatment plan.

Dr. Kravchenko sees patients who speak Polish and Ukrainian.

The doctor spends his free time actively. He enjoys weekend cycling trips, skiing in winter and windsurfing in summer.

Bartosz Lech

Dr. Bartosz has always been passionate about dental prosthetics, placing great emphasis on aesthetics, high quality and minimally invasive work. The most important thing for him is the natural effect, so that patients feel that their new smiles are tailored to their individual expectations and needs. In his daily work, he uses the highest quality materials to make the work durable and look natural, he works with an intraoral scanner, which gives the possibility of extremely accurate diagnostics.

The doctor designs smiles using the Digital Smile Design (DSD) method, which allows the result to be 100% consistent with patients’ dreams and gives them the chance to see a new version of themselves even before treatment begins. The most important thing for the doctor is the satisfaction and beautiful smile of his patients.

Justyna Pierścińska

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków 2010. From the beginning of her professional career, she has been dealing with modern dentistry, in particular endodontic treatment under the microscope (microscopic endodontics), where the most important goals are precision and painlessness of treatments. With experience and development, she began to deal with prosthetic restorations, occlusal remodelling and smile makeovers. As an ambitious dentist dealing with aesthetic dentistry, including aesthetic tooth reconstructions, especially veneers with the reconstruction of their functions and nature, she reached the point where she felt the need for a holistic approach to the smile. Not just the teeth, but the whole face has become important. After completing numerous courses in planning, work aesthetics, she completed a degree in aesthetic medicine in 2022.

Privately, she is passionate about a healthy lifestyle and is a nature lover. She loves to read books, preferably several at the same time. I love travels both small and big. Fan of The Witcher and board games.

Katarzyna Załęska

According to Dr. Katarzyna, every patient deserves a beautiful and healthy smile that will raise self-esteem and give self-confidence. She designs new smiles using the Digital Smile Design (DSD) system – the best solution in the world, based on the use of digital technology. When designing a new smile, she uses dental photography and special software. The result of digital design (DSD) is the ability to try on and see a new smile before starting treatment.

Doctor Katarzyna attaches great importance to in-depth diagnostics and treatment planning, which ensures high-class diagnostic facilities in the Smile Gallery, e.g. a computer tomograph, an intraoral scanner, a diagnostic camera and an interdisciplinary team of doctors, prosthetic specialists, orthodontists, implantologists and surgeons.
Her experience, her working system and the modern tools she uses, guarantee patients results that meet their needs and expectations.

Ewa Kusiba-Foryt

Doctor Ewa works as a dentist and an aesthetic medicine doctor at the Smile Gallery. In addition to dental services, she offers patients skin anti-ageing treatments in her daily work. She is constantly expanding her knowledge through advanced courses in Poland and in the world. She is a graduate of the American School of Aesthetic Medicine. Doctor Ewa cordially invites you for treatments that will effectively improve the appearance and quality of the skin – treatments using botulinum toxin, lip modeling, volumetry or mesotherapy. She performs only those treatments which safety, effectiveness and effects she is sure of, this is a very important aspect of her work.

Marcin Krupiński
